Meet Alexandra Ruedas

I founded North Star Labor Relations to provide thoughtful, practical support for organizations navigating complex workplace issues. My background includes experience as a labor relations director, union representative, and negotiator, with work spanning represented workforce matters, workplace conflict, employee engagement, bargaining support, and leadership guidance on sensitive workplace concerns. I have also helped build engagement and recognition initiatives, support retention-focused strategies, and successfully negotiate collective bargaining agreements.

My approach is grounded in strong communication, practical problem-solving, and the belief that healthier workplace relationships are essential to long-term organizational stability. I work with organizations to provide clear, tailored support that helps leaders move forward with greater confidence, trust, and clarity.
